This page provides instructions for users who wish to request deletion of their personal data from applications operated by Happy Path Studios, including but not limited to:

This page serves as the official Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta (Facebook Login) integrations and is provided in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy regulations.


How to Request Data Deletion via Facebook (Meta)


If you signed into any HPS Suite product using Facebook Login, you can request deletion directly through your Facebook account:


  1. Log into Facebook.
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  3. Select Apps and Websites.
  4. Locate the HPS application you used.
  5. Click Remove and confirm.


After submission, Facebook sends a secure Data Deletion Callback request to our system containing your app-scoped user ID so we can identify and remove your associated data.


What Happens After a Request Is Received


Once a valid request is verified:


  1. Facebook authentication data is removed.
  2. Access tokens and permissions are revoked.
  3. Personal profile information stored in HPS Suite systems is deleted or anonymized.
  4. Identifiable analytics, engagement records, or usage data linked to your account are removed where applicable.
  5. Connected services within the HPS Suite may be disabled.


Certain non-identifiable aggregated statistics may be retained for service improvement, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.


Confirmation Code and Status URL


After your request is received:


  1. A confirmation code may be generated.
  2. A data deletion status URL may be provided.


You may use this status link to check whether your deletion request is:


  1. Pending
  2. Processing
  3. Completed


Alternative Method — Delete Data Directly from Your Account


If you still have access to your account:


  1. Log into the relevant HPS application.
  2. Open Account Settings.
  3. Navigate to Privacy & Data.
  4. Select Delete My Data or Delete Account.


Submitting the request directly from within the platform may allow faster processing.


Manual Data Deletion Requests


If you cannot access your account, you may submit a manual request by contacting our privacy team.


Please include:


  1. The email address associated with your account
  2. The HPS service(s) used (example: HPS SocialProof, HPS SEO Audit)
  3. “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line

Processing Timeline


Most data deletion requests are completed within 7–14 business days.

Certain information may be retained where required for:
